By the way: all our Mochi are made in Germany in our own Mochi manufactory near Cologne, using exclusively natural ingredients.

Did you know that we also offer two rotating seasonal flavours to match the time of year?

At EAT HAPPY we care about freshness and quality. That’s why all our Mochi balls are gluten-free, vegetarian, free from artificial flavourings and 100% made from natural ingredients. In production at our own manufactory near Cologne, we use exclusively high-quality couverture chocolate and colours derived from fruit and vegetables. How do you actually eat Mochi? Our Mochi taste great both fully thawed and still slightly frozen. Depending on your taste, you should let your Mochi thaw for between 5 and 20 minutes. You’ll also find a serving recommendation and a detailed allergen list for all flavours on each of our chests.
