EatHappy ToGo GmbH strives to make its website www.eathappy.de accessible and to continuously improve it. This accessibility information is provided in accordance with § 14 of the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz, BFSG). 3. General description of the service
Via our website www.eathappy.de we offer customers the possibility to pre-order selected products – in particular sushi platters, mochi and Asian street food – for collection at a store of their choice. In addition, individual catering enquiries can be sent to us via a contact form provided.
4. Status of compliance with the requirements
Due to individual exceptions and existing barriers, the website is currently only partially compliant with the requirements of BITV 2.0.
4.1. Non-accessible content
The content listed below is currently not accessible for the following reasons:
• Some headings are not correctly marked up, so that they cannot always be automatically assigned to the correct hierarchy level.
• Individual links are not suitable for screen readers, as they contain no text or no unambiguous text.
• Some expandable elements cannot be fully operated using the keyboard.
• Some videos on the website do not consistently contain subtitles or audio descriptions.
• Some images on the website have no alternative text or a non-meaningful alternative text.
• The table of ordered items contained in the order confirmation may not fully comply with the requirements for accessible table formats and may under certain circumstances not be correctly recognised by screen readers.
We work continuously to identify existing barriers and to remove them step by step within the scope of what is technically and economically feasible.
4.2 Barriers due to economic unreasonableness
Some barriers on our website cannot be removed at short notice for economic reasons. These include in particular:
• Complex interactive applications: Certain special functions on our website require considerable technical and personnel effort in order to be implemented in a fully accessible manner. Due to the high costs involved, immediate implementation is currently not possible. This concerns in particular the product pre-order module, interactive maps for store search as well as dynamic enquiry forms in the catering area.
We regularly review optimisation options.
• Historical content: Older content that was created before the current guidelines came into force may not be fully accessible. Subsequent adaptation of this content would involve disproportionate effort. This concerns in particular the image descriptions and heading hierarchies in the magazine for older articles, past prize draws as well as content on previous events or promotions.
New content, however, is created in accordance with current standards.
The above-mentioned content is to be made accessible in the course of planned further developments.
